As a Development Engineer at Ebusco, you will design and develop critical vehicle systems and components for the next generation of electric buses. You will be part of a multidisciplinary international team and contribute from concept to validation. Your technical expertise ensures that our designs meet safety standards, functional requirements, and are ready for manufacturing.
What will you do as a Development Engineer?
- Create and optimize 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed specifications using Siemens NX
- Translate functional and regulatory requirements into feasible designs for production
- Align with system architects, suppliers, and manufacturing teams
- Apply materials knowledge (polymers, composites, adhesive bonding) in part design
- Review and interpret test results to guide improvements and iterations
- Maintain technical documentation and supplier agreements for geometry and quality
What do we ask of you?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or Materials Science
- 3+ years of experience in product development (automotive or high-tech industry)
- Proficiency in Siemens NX and PLM tools (preferably TeamCenter)
- Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and structural bonding methods
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with technical and professional vocabulary
