We're seeking a Data Support Officer to join our Data Management and Reporting team to maintain and enhance our data integrity and efficiency. In this role, you will ensure that data is accurately entered into the appropriate applications, as well as perform various data quality improvement activities, such as regular data quality checks or data cleaning activities. You like to collaborate with various departments in the organization to provide them with data solutions for their business needs.
- Data creation in various applications;
- Simple data automation via SQL/Excel ;
- Perform data quality checks;
- Assist in data improvement activities (e.g., data cleaning activities);
- Support with data migration activities;
- Providing data solutions for the business’ needs;
- Being a key user for various applications;
- Answering questions from the business;
- Prepare data for reporting purposes.
Vereisten
- Experience in data management, data analysis or a similar role;
- Accurate, organized and detail oriented;
- Pro-active attitude;
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle SQL Developer;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Basic understanding of data structures, databases, and data integration principles;
- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
