The Functional Safety Department at Ebusco is looking for a motivated student who is eager to understand and improve the safety processes of our vehicles. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing and enhancing vehicle safety systems.As an intern in the Functional Safety Department, you will learn about the methods and processes used to analyze vehicle safety and develop measures to prevent accidents. Functional safety focuses on creating systems that automatically intervene in case of a failure, reducing the likelihood of an incident. Throughout your internship, you will have the chance to apply these concepts directly to one of our current projects.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the functional safety processes used to ensure vehicle safety.
- Analyze vehicle systems and identify potential safety risks.
- Develop and implement measures that automatically intervene in case of a failure, minimizing the risk of accidents.
- Collaborate with the Functional Safety team on active projects, applying your knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- Contribute to Ebusco’s mission of achieving zero accidents by enhancing the safety of our buses for customers and passengers.
Vereisten
- A student currently pursuing a degree in engineering, automotive technology, or a related field.
- A keen interest in vehicle safety, functional safety processes, and accident prevention.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess potential safety risks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward learning and applying new concepts.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
