What will you do?

As Sales Associate Benelux at Ebusco, you will support the entire commercial process across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. From tenders to proposals, you are involved in every step of the journey. You work closely with internal departments such as Sales Engineering and liaise directly with clients. Your structured way of working and proactive mindset ensure successful results – every time.
Your responsibilities:

  • Manage tenders and sales processes within the Benelux region.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear, tailored proposals.
  • Match client specs with Ebusco’s technical offerings.
  • Coordinate process improvements with Sales and Engineering.
  • Ensure smooth technical handovers to project teams.

What do we ask?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Sales, Business or similar.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in a technical/commercial role.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Independent and proactive team player.
