
What will you do?
As a Customer Care Agent at Ebusco, you’re part of the Aftersales team and act as the essential link between our customers and technical teams. You’ll handle inquiries through our ticket system, ensure service cases are followed up, and support our 1st line support with planning. Communication, coordination, and documentation are your daily bread – and you love it. This is your chance to work at the heart of the future of mobility.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer requests via our ticket system and follow up on open cases.
- Maintain regular communication through the Open Points List (OPL).
- Support service planning and coordination.
- Coordinate between customers, service, and technical departments.
- Maintain detailed documentation and track service outcomes.
What do we ask?
- Experience in customer service, support or service coordination, preferably in automotive or e-mobility.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Well-organized and calm under pressure.
- Proficient in ticketing systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in German and English (Dutch is a plus).
