As Production Station Leader, you’ll manage a specific assembly station within our bus production line in China. You are responsible for ensuring components are installed according to instructions, with zero defects and high efficiency. You lead a team of operators, oversee performance, and implement process improvements. Your bilingual communication skills enable smooth coordination with engineering, quality, and operations teams.
Key Highlights:
- Supervise daily operations at your assigned assembly station
- Ensure work instructions and quality standards are followed
- Coach and train operators on processes and tool use
- Detect bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Apply lean principles to boost station productivity
- Maintain documentation and track KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of leadership in production or automotive assembly
- Proven ability to lead frontline teams and optimize station processes
- Familiar with lean manufacturing and quality control methods
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
