As a Production Coordinator, you will oversee daily bus assembly activities at our China site to ensure timely, high-quality execution in alignment with project goals. You’ll act as the communication bridge between production teams and project stakeholders, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Your bilingual ability and cultural understanding allow you to work seamlessly with both local and international teams.
Key Highlights:
- Coordinate production schedules, manpower, and material planning
- Monitor KPIs including quality, cost, output, and safety
- Serve as liaison between production and project managers
- Lead lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) and solve process bottlenecks
- Ensure inventory accuracy and part availability
- Support new product introduction and capacity scaling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Business
- 3–5 years’ experience in production coordination (automotive preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and quality systems
- Proficient in communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
