Maintenance Engineer

What will you do as a Maintenance Engineer?As a Maintenance Engineer in our Aftersales department, you will play a key role in optimizing maintenance processes for our innovative electric buses. You will translate technical drawings and components into practical maintenance solutions. Together with colleagues from engineering, aftersales, and suppliers, you ensure maximum reliability for our customers.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

  • Analysing Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) and using CAD drawings to translate this into useful instructions for maintenance and spare parts requirements;
  • Support the Aftersales department in maintenance processes and documentation;
  • Develop Aftersales Bills of Materials (ASBOM) for service and spare parts;
  • Optimize maintenance activities considering cost, risks, and availability of parts;
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and suppliers;
  • Analyse and improve maintenance processes.

What do we ask of you?

  • At least vocational education (preferably Mechanical Engineering or similar);
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance processes;
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred;
  • Proactive, independent and solution-oriented attitude;
  • Passion for automotive and fluent in Dutch and English.
