
For the position of First Line Support Automotive, we are looking for someone with experience in handling service requests and conducting conversations in a constructive manner.Within the Aftersales team, you are the main point of contact for our customers and service partners regarding technical analyses and service requests. In addition, you are responsible for planning service requests and managing open tickets.
THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
- Providing the highest level of customer service;
- Maintaining regular contact with customers to manage expectations;
- Categorizing, registering, analyzing, and responding to incoming customer requests;
- Performing online analyses/diagnostics based on customer inquiries via the ticketing system;
- Accurately and efficiently entering data into various computer systems and following up with the appropriate colleague;
- Scheduling Field Service Engineers at required locations in consultation with your supervisor;
- Communicating with customers and service partners to ensure all necessary information and materials are available to carry out the required tasks;
- Planning maintenance and repair work with the customer and the lead engineer;
- Providing timely periodic reports on results to the manager and the customer;
- Identifying risks and taking appropriate action.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience with telephone and/or administrative work within a technical customer service environment (required);
- A structured working style with strong planning and organizational skills;
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken); German is a plus. Spanish is an added advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ticketing systems; experience with Jira is a plus;
- A proactive attitude and a flexible, hands-on mentality (no 9-to-5 mindset);
- Ability to work with deadlines and communicate with people at all levels;
- The willingness and ability to communicate directly with customers and handle correspondence in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
