Job description

At Ebusco, we are looking for a driven Communication Officer to play a key role in both our internal and external communications. You will join a dynamic organization where you can make an impact and contribute to the further development of our communication strategy.

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that foster a positive company culture and enhance employee engagement;
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed;
  • Support various projects across departments that require communication assistance;
  • Coordinate and optimize internal communication channels, such as the intranet, narrowcasting, and All Hands meetings;
  • Create and manage content that aligns with the company’s core values and tone of voice;
  • Collaborate with HR to support initiatives related to talent retention and recruitment;
  • Manage content for the career website, including conducting employee interviews and writing engaging People Stories;
  • Organize internal events such as Family Day, Sports Week, Sinterklaas celebrations, and Christmas parties;
  • Assist in organizing external exhibitions and implementing sponsorship policies;
  • Proactively respond to key developments within the organization with appropriate communication and/or advice;
  • Work as a team member within the Marketing & Communications department and contribute to a wide range of communication projects as needed.

Requirements

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Experience in setting up and managing internal communication channels and tools;
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both Dutch and English;
  • A creative, hands-on mindset with the ability to turn ideas into concrete actions;
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is a strong plus;
  • A proactive and curious attitude, with the ability to present innovative ideas;
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
