We are looking for a driven and experienced Director Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Sales Team and developing strong relationships with customers and government agencies. You will act as a strategic sparring partner and play an active role in the growth of our
THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT…
- You are responsible for managing the Sales Team: Key Account Managers and Sales Associates;
- You develop and maintain relationships with customers and government agencies;
- You act as a sparring partner for existing clients;
- You monitor and validate tenders;
- You achieve and exceed sales targets that contribute to revenue growth;
- You participate in trade fairs representing Ebusco;
- You establish and monitor processes and governance within the department;
- You respond to market developments, opportunities, and threats (high level);
- You provide customized and out-of-the-box service to clients;
- You report to the COO.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BRING..
- You hold an HBO-level qualification in Business & Sales or related, supplemented with experience in European tender management;
- You have a completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree;
- You have 5+ years of relevant work experience;
- You have knowledge and a network in the bus industry and experience with European tender management;
- You are fluent in Dutch, English, and German (spoken and written);
- You are willing to travel regularly.
