
What will you do?
As Director Sales at Ebusco, you’ll lead a dynamic sales team consisting of Key Account Managers and Sales Associates. You’ll be the strategic partner for customers and public institutions, identifying new business opportunities, shaping sales strategy, and ensuring successful tenders in an international context.
Highlights of your role:
- Lead and mentor the Sales Team;
- Build strong relationships with clients and government authorities;
- Act as strategic advisor to key customers;
- Oversee tenders and sales performance;
- Represent Ebusco at fairs and international events.
What do we ask?
- A completed bachelor’s degree;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience;
- Knowledge of the bus industry and EU tender processes;
- Fluency in Dutch, English and German;
- Willingness to travel regularly.
