What will you do as Electrical Engineer – Customer IT?
As an Electrical Engineer – Customer IT at Ebusco, you’re responsible for designing and specifying IT systems for our electric buses according to both customer and manufacturer requirements. You work closely with IT engineers, suppliers, and production to ensure flawless integration. From schematics to field testing, your job ensures that our buses stay smart, safe, and connected.
Key responsibilities:
- Create electrical BOMs for IT systems based on customer and supplier specs.
- Investigate and design IT schematics and harnesses with IT engineers.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotes and clarifications.
- Troubleshoot technical IT issues in buses during production.
- Stay hands-on by visiting the workshop to understand real bus systems.
What do we ask of you?
- Solid knowledge of automotive and E&E systems.
- Experience in schematic and harness design with the ability to read E&E diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Understanding of company rules and engineering procedures.
- Proficiency in English (Dutch is preferred).
