
What will you do?
As Executive Assistant at Ebusco, you’ll be the right hand of our Management Board (CEO, CFO, COO). You’re the go-to person who ensures everything runs smoothly – from calendars and communications to meetings and logistics. With your sharp eye for detail, discretion and proactive mindset, you bring structure and calm to a fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate busy schedules and international meetings.
- Handle correspondence, email and documentation professionally.
- Organize events, offsites and travel arrangements.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
- Act as a trusted point of contact within the board office.
What do we ask?
- Proven experience as Executive Assistant, PA or board secretary.
- HBO-level thinking and working; experience in international/technical environment preferred.
- Available for at least 28 hours per week.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Proactive, structured, discreet and solution-oriented.
