What will you do as a Field Service Technician?

As a Field Service Technician in the Jutland region of Denmark, you play a crucial role in the transition to zero-emission transport. You are responsible for commissioning electric buses, resolving complex malfunctions, and providing technical training to our customers. Your work will primarily take place in the regions of Kolding, Horsens, and Tylstrup.

Highlights of your role:

  • Commissioning electric buses;
  • Reporting early failures;
  • Resolving complex malfunctions and performing repairs;
  • Diagnosing and reporting malfunctions;
  • Investigating malfunctions and translating them to engineering and/or suppliers.

What do we ask of you?

  • Degree as an automotive technician and/or engineer;
  • Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics; knowledge of high-voltage installations is a plus;
  • Work experience as a car mechanic or Field Support Engineer;
  • Willingness to travel and perform standby duties in the evenings and weekends;
  • Proficiency in English and Danish, both spoken and written, is a plus;
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license B.
