What will you do?
As a Health & Safety Officer at Ebusco, you’ll play a key role in building and improving our Health & Safety systems across locations. From incident investigation to implementing internal audits, you support our QHSSE team in creating a safe, compliant and proactive safety culture. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across departments and countries to ensure our working environments are secure and future-ready.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct incident investigations independently
- Follow up on safety reports and related actions
- Support ARBO inspections and HSE controls (e.g. PGS 15/37)
- Draft, communicate and improve procedures and instructions
- Execute internal audits on workplace safety
What do we ask?
- MVK (Middle Safety Officer) certification
- Several years of experience in a similar role in production/technical setting
- Knowledge of health & safety laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Structured, hands-on, and proactive work approach
