Français As an International Project Manager at Ebusco, you take full ownership of delivering electric buses – from contract signature to customer handover. You’ll coordinate across internal departments, suppliers, and our manufacturing partners in China. This strategic role includes regular travel and close cooperation with cross-cultural stakeholders.
Key Highlights:
- Full project ownership from contract to final delivery
- Conduct kick-off meetings with clients and global teams
- Monitor part delivery and manufacturing progress in China
- Coordinate logistics and customs to client locations
- Handle disruptions and engineering change management
- Track delivery KPIs and drive process improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management (automotive or manufacturing)
- Familiarity with outsourced production and Chinese supplier dynamics
- Knowledge of logistics, production, and change control
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus
