Job description
As Manager Board Office, you play a responsible role within the Ebusco Management Team. You support the management team in the broadest sense of the word: from managing schedules and planning appointments to preparing, taking minutes, and following up on meetings. With your drive, strong personality, and attention to detail, you are the one who ensures everything is organized and for whom nothing is too much. Your proactive approach and versatility make a significant difference!
Executive Support
- Managing schedules, appointments, and confidential communication;
- Preparing, taking minutes, and following up on meetings;
- Organizing travel, events, and gatherings.
Office Management
- Overseeing daily office operations and fleet management;
- Leading a team (Executive Assistants, receptionists, and back-office staff);
- Implementing process improvements and managing office budgets;
- Coordinating travel policies and external service providers.
Stakeholder Management
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners;
- Acting as a sounding board and trusted advisor;
- Managing key documents and reports.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position and capable of leading a (small) team:
- Extensive work experience as a PA, Executive Secretary, or Executive Assistant:
- Bachelor's level of thinking and working;
- Availability for 40 hours per week on-site in Deurne, with flexibility to work evenings or days off for urgent tasks;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, with a critical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset;
- Experience in an international, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
- Residency in the Eindhoven – Deurne region and possession of a valid driver’s license (B).
