Français What will you do?
As Manager Project Management at Ebusco, you will lead a team of Project Managers who oversee full-scale electric bus projects – from contract signature to handover. You’ll ensure successful coordination across production (mainly in China), logistics, and customer alignment while fostering a Lean culture focused on continuous improvement.You’ll work closely with the COO and senior leaders to align strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the Project Management team with focus on Lean, customer satisfaction and performance
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning to aftersales handover
- Communicate with clients and align project progress with expectations
- Implement standardized processes and tools for operational excellence
- Track KPIs, manage risks and report on strategic progress to leadership
What do we ask?
- 5+ years project management experience, 2+ years in leadership
- Experience with Lean, international production (preferably China), and supply chain
- Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid PM methods and tools (MS Project, Jira)
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus
