What will you do as Parts Manager?
As Parts Manager at Ebusco, you will lead the team of Spare Parts Specialists within our Aftersales department. You’ll be responsible for managing all processes related to spare parts—from inventory control and pricing to supplier relationships and data accuracy. Your mission: ensure that our customers and field engineers always have the right part at the right time.You’ll act as a key link between the workshop, engineering, logistics, and service teams, aligning data, stock levels, and customer requests. At the same time, you’ll coach and support your team as we scale further internationally.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Spare Parts team and oversee day-to-day operations;
- Manage stock levels, fast movers, strategic inventory, and KPI performance;
- Ensure accuracy of spare parts data (BOMs, price lists, catalogues, part numbers);
- Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, logistics, and service teams;
- Maintain and expand supplier relationships and monitor delivery performance;
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and customer service standards.
What do we ask of you?
- A completed technical MBO+/HBO degree (or equivalent);
- Proven experience in spare parts management within the automotive or manufacturing industry;
- Team leadership experience or strong potential to grow into a people manager;
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (German is a plus);
- Analytical, hands-on and customer-focused mindset.
