Project Manager

Location Deurne, The Netherlands
Department Pmo

Job description

For the role of Project Manager, we’re looking for the jack or Jane-of-all-trades. And yes, they do exist—professionals who excel in various areas, which is the essence of Project Management in its purest form. We’re seeking a driven leader who can adapt quickly in a highly dynamic environment. You are a bridge builder, results-oriented, resilient under pressure, naturally authoritative, capable of bringing out the best in your team, technically skilled, customer-oriented, commercially minded, and with your passion and enthusiasm, you inspire everyone to pick up the pace.

As a Project Manager, you ensure—with your project team—that our bus projects run smoothly from contract signing to handover to our After Sales organization. This includes being on time, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations. You act as the primary point of contact for both the customer and internal stakeholders. With strong communication and commercial skills, you ensure you’re always up-to-date on the progress of ongoing projects. In this role, you report to the COO/Head of Programs.

  • Drafting a project plan and budget;
  • Assembling your project team;
  • Monitoring project progress and evaluating completed tasks;
  • Quickly resolving issues and involving the right people;
  • Identifying risks and implementing the appropriate actions;
  • Taking timely measures to address obstacles;
  • Providing periodic reports to management and customers regarding results;
  • Leading by example, always ready to get hands-on when needed.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree;
    • Preferably experience in managing complex (development) projects with external clients;
    • Technical insight and affinity with technology;
    • Strong communication skills;
    • Resilience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the drive to optimize project management in a young, growing company;
    • Proficiency in Dutch, English, and German (French is a plus);
    • Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours.

      Offer

      Working at Ebusco means making a difference in the transition to zero emission. Whether in the office or in production, by joining forces we make a sustainable contribution to tomorrow’s transport. You will not only help build the bus of the future but also our business. After all, as a fast-growing company, we still have a long road ahead of us and we need you along for the ride. Of course, we are eager to give you something in return:

      • A competitive salary with decent benefits, including a pension scheme and travel allowance.
      • 25 holidays for full-time employment.
      • Plenty of growth opportunities. For instance, you can join various online courses via the Ebusco Academy.
      • Fun social events, drinks and annual family days: after all, you reach the finish line together as a team.

      Contributing together to a better, healthier living environment. That is what drives us at Ebusco. With our 100% electric buses, we lead the way in the transition to zero emission. A transition that is badly needed, but then affordable and safe. That is why we are committed to the complete EV ecosystem from start to finish. An approach that works. With buses from Australia to Sweden, Ebusco is a Dutch company with a global impact. Will you take us to the next stop?
