What will you do?
As a QA Compliance Officer at Ebusco, you ensure that we meet all applicable laws, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), customer requirements and contracts. You manage the management system, coordinate internal and external audits, and coach colleagues across departments. Based in the Netherlands, your responsibilities also extend to France and our international production partners.
You’ll report to the Director QHSSE and join a growing and passionate QHSSE Assurance team.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintain ISO certifications and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Organize and lead internal/external audits and train audit teams
- Translate legislation into practice across locations (NL & FR)
- Advise management on QHSSE improvements and performance
- Draft and safeguard QHSSE policy, strategy and KPIs
What do we ask?
- Experience in a technical production environment
- Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations
- Result-driven with a passion for quality and compliance
- Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
- Hands-on, proactive, and a natural coach
