As a Quality Engineer, you ensure quality system compliance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, GB/CCC, and customer-specific standards. You take ownership of the full QA lifecycle, focusing on Zero Defect strategies through robust systems and preventive methods. You liaise with OEM customers, suppliers, and internal teams across China and Europe to ensure alignment, execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Highlights:

  • Maintain and audit IATF 16949-compliant QMS
  • Ensure compliance with Chinese GB/CCC regulations
  • Apply APQP, PFMEA, SPC, and manage PPAPs & SCARs
  • Lead OEM interface and drive 8D corrective actions
  • Promote Six Sigma and quality training across departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Quality, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years in automotive QA; IATF 16949 Lead Auditor certified
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
  • Experience with OEM portals (GM, VW, Ford)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
