
For the position of Service & Contract Manager, we are looking for a decisive and customer-oriented colleague to strengthen our Aftersales team and take the next step with us.As Service Manager DACH within the dynamic Aftersales department, you are responsible for the DACH customer service team. In addition, you act as the main point of contact for our customers and service partners for all matters related to buses and service contracts, and you proactively work on customer satisfaction.
How you will achieve this
- You are responsible for the execution of existing service concepts with our customers and service partners;
- Together with the Tender Management team, you develop new service concepts for upcoming customers;
- You act as the primary contact for our customers and guide them from vehicle delivery, through commissioning, to the end of the vehicle’s life cycle;
- You are responsible for the correct execution of contractual agreements;
- You manage a customer service team consisting of office-based staff and field service employees;
- Together with the customer service team, you ensure maximum vehicle availability;
- Through regular feedback sessions with customers and service partners, you stay well-informed and actively work on handling requests and resolving issues;
- You take a proactive approach and strengthen customer relationships with a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
- You manage internal projects such as recalls, software updates, and similar initiatives.
Your profile
- You have HBO+ (Bachelor+/Higher Professional) level of working and thinking;
- You have a technical education in automotive engineering or a relevant technical background with practical experience;
- You are a people manager who easily builds support and engagement among employees and across the organization;
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus;
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in a technical role within the automotive industry (preferably buses or trucks);
- You are a team player, solution-oriented, highly independent, and communicate easily in a customer-focused manner;
- You are innovative, flexible, proactive, and strive for excellence.
