Warehouse Manager – Supply Chain and JIT (China)

As Warehouse Manager at Ebusco China, you oversee daily warehouse operations, including storage, inventory control, and Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery to production. Your mission: maintain accurate stock levels, drive lean improvements, and ensure timely part flow in line with production demands. You liaise with local suppliers and global teams to optimize supply chain performance and ensure safety and compliance.

Key Highlights:

  • Lead warehouse activities: inbound, storage, dispatch
  • Implement and monitor JIT deliveries to the production line
  • Apply lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM) for efficiency
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and cost control
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on logistics and planning
  • Generate KPIs and warehouse performance reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
  • 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse management (automotive/electronics preferred)
  • Experience with JIT systems and lean warehouse methods
  • WMS/ERP proficiency and strong coordination skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
