- Analyse and assess contractual agreements with production partners;
- Develop strategies to adjust partnerships as needed to ensure compliance with agreements;
- Monitor adherence to contract procedures by production partners;
- Act as the primary escalation point for production officers and partners;
- Ensure achievement of goals while protecting the company’s interests;
- Lead initiatives to enhance the traceability and efficiency of production processes;
- Manage and coordinate the foreign production department and its team members;
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, including regular business trips to production sites;
- Regularly report on partner evaluations and progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience in international production management, with a strong understanding of Chinese business culture;
- Motivational and empathic leadership skill;
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing; Chinese speaking and reading is a plus;
- Strong cost consciousness and financial acumen;
- Excellent negotiation tactics and strategic thinking abilities;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with overseas partners;
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
