What will you do?
As a Project Coordinator within Ebusco’s Aftersales team, you will play a vital role in the Gotion Battery Replacement Project. You will oversee the replacement of battery packs in over 100 Ebusco 2.2 GEN2 buses for our client Connexxion (Transdev). This project will run until the end of 2025 and takes place in our factory in Deurne (Hall C).Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of 8 technicians supplied by Gotion Germany;
- Planning and coordinating daily tasks on the workshop floor;
- Ensuring safe and efficient execution of the battery replacement process;
- Reporting progress and results via internal systems;
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure project success;
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks during the project.
What do we ask of you?
- MBO level 3/4 diploma in Automotive (or equivalent);
- Valid forklift certificate;
- Bus driving license (D) is a strong plus;
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;
- Flexibility and problem-solving ability.
