What will you do as Project Manager?
As Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete delivery cycle of our electric buses – from contract signing to customer handover and Aftersales transition. You ensure smooth coordination of pre-production, part deliveries, international assembly (mainly in China), shipping, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.You will manage engineering updates, maintain relationships with global suppliers, and ensure a seamless delivery process that meets quality, cost, and customer expectations. Working closely with various production teams, you continuously monitor the progress of ongoing orders, identify potential challenges early and take proactive action to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end bus delivery projects;
- Coordinate with international suppliers and monitor overseas production;
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams throughout the production and project delivery process.
- Host kick-off meetings, track KPIs and continuously improve processes;
- Travel regularly and collaborate with global teams.
What do we ask of you?
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, automotive or related fields;
- A fast-acting, entrepreneurial attitude who is often found on the production floor, engaging directly with colleagues to drive quick actions and effective solutions;
- Experience in the practical application of Lean methodologies and a strong drive to support the implementation and growth of an Operational Excellence culture within the organization.
- Familiar with production, logistics, engineering change control and tools like MS Project or Jira;
- Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners, especially in China;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and German;
- Willingness to travel and work across time zones.
