Job description

We are seeking a customer-focused colleague to support us in tender processes and commercial projects.
You have a keen eye for detail, keep a clear overview, and collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
Are you someone who ensures everything is in place, takes proactive action, and doesn’t stop until the goal is reached?
Then our Sales team is looking for you!

As a Sales Associate, you are the reliable backbone of the Key Account Managers within the Sales team.
You will be responsible for the completeness of the tender process—from drafting proposals and aligning customer specifications to the final handover with Project Engineering.

  • Together with the Key Account Manager, you monitor market requests.
  • You manage planning and coordinate bids for ongoing (European) tenders, maintaining close contact with Sales Engineering;
  • You collect all necessary information and prepare proposals;
  • You analyze and assess specifications and customer requirements in discussions with clients;
  • You translate and align customer specifications with Ebusco’s specifications;
  • In collaboration with the R&D department, you monitor the risks of customer requirements in terms of time and cost;
  • You coordinate improvements in consultation with the Sales and Engineering departments;
  • You ensure a seamless handover of a complete technical bus specification.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Automotive, Sales & Account Management, Business Administration, or Commercial Economics;
  • 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a technical environment;
  • Excellent proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor towards customers;
  • Organized and structured work approach with a high level of accuracy;
  • Proactive and responsible attitude, with a strong focus on collaboration;
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel when necessary.

Offer

Working at Ebusco means making a real difference in the transition to zero emissions. Whether in the office or on the production floor, by combining our strengths, we contribute to the sustainable transport of tomorrow. You won’t just help build the bus of the future—you’ll also help shape our organization. As an innovative company, we have big ambitions, and we need you to achieve them.
And we’re happy to give you something in return:

  • A competitive salary with excellent employment conditions, including a pension plan and travel allowance.
  • 25 vacation days based on a full-time contract.
  • Plenty of development and career growth opportunities, including training through the Ebusco Academy.
  • A close-knit and friendly team where initiative and ownership are valued.
  • Access to a bike plan.
  • Working together for a cleaner, more sustainable future. At Ebusco, we are energized by the transition to zero emissions, and with our 100% electric buses, we play a leading role in this movement. We believe this transition is not only necessary but should also be affordable and safe. That’s why we contribute to the entire EV ecosystem, from start to finish. Our approach is already making a proven impact, with Ebusco standing out as a Brabant-based company that makes a difference.
