What will you do as a Spare Parts Specialist?
As a Spare Parts Specialist at Ebusco, you will join our Aftersales team, playing a key role in ensuring the right parts are always available — for maintenance, new bus releases, and everything in between. You’ll coordinate inventories across central and regional warehouses, forecast needs, and manage the spare parts catalog for international customers. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with logistics, engineering, service, and warehouse teams, helping to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor spare parts stock levels (min/max) and recommend strategic stock planning.
- Maintain customer-specific spare parts catalogues and update regularly.
- Handle ERP-based purchase requests and forecast parts for new product releases.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support internal departments with accurate data.
- Liaise with warehouse contacts in the Netherlands and abroad.
What do we ask of you?
- A completed MBO+ degree in a technical or logistics field.
- A proactive, customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and logistics processes.
