What will you do as a Technical Writer?As a Technical Writer at Ebusco you will translate complex technical information into clear and user-friendly manuals for our customers. You will collect knowledge from various engineering disciplines and turn it into accessible documentation that enables drivers, mechanics and service staff to work safely and effectively with our 100% electric buses. You will work in the Aftersales department as part of a small team and collaborate closely with engineering.
Your responsibilities at a glance:
- Translate operating and maintenance instructions into clear manuals;
- Collect technical input from different engineering disciplines;
- Create, improve and manage user manuals;
- Work in the Aftersales team of three Technical Writers;
- Collaborate with After Sales and Engineering for optimal results.
What do we ask of you?
- Bachelor level education, preferably in automotive or a technical discipline;
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Analytical, accurate, structured and result-oriented;
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear documentation;
- Passion for writing technically and grammatically correct manuals.
