
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Bank & Cash Management: Manage the company's liquidity position and process domestic and international payments.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare and analyze up-to-date cash flow forecasts to ensure the organization's financial stability.
- Payment Processing: Review and enter payments in the Coupa platform and banking systems. Ensure the proper functioning of payment processes and compliance with authorization structures in both Coupa and the banking environment.
- Accounting: Ensure accurate processing of bank transactions, general ledger accounts, and journal entries in Exact.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany account reconciliations, and prepare periodic management reports.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Systems Expertise: Strong proficiency with Exact (Globe or Online) and preferably Coupa (P2P and Expense).
- Banking: Experience working with corporate banking platforms.
- Treasury Processes: Knowledge of cash pooling, foreign exchange (FX) risk management, and working capital optimization.
- Analytical Skills & Excel: Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Strong numerical aptitude and a high level of accuracy.
Education & Experience
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in a similar treasury or financial administration role.

- Strong Communicator: Able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (such as Procurement and Accounting) as well as external partners, including banks.
- Organized & Resilient: Works accurately in a structured manner and performs well under pressure, particularly during payment runs and month-end, mid-year, and year-end closing activities.
