Highlights of your role:
You will play a key role in managing liquidity, minimizing financial risks, and further optimizing procedures and processes. You report to the finance manager and, together with the team, further develop and expand the role. This involves securing processes, implementing required software and communicating with banks and credit institutions. Naturally, you will constantly liaise with your (financial) colleagues and help them operate more successfully from your area of expertise. Performing and learning go hand in hand. You are proficient with Excel and bank applications (Coupa, Exact).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain with and ensure compliance with treasury management policy
- Provide weekly insight into the structure of liquidity and working capital
- Manage and administer various securities (bank guarantees)
- Identify opportunities for cash pooling and bank infrastructure optimization
- Manage (consolidate) short-term and long-term cash flow planning
- Set-up of new debit cards and monitoring of flows
- First point of contact for banks / credit institutions
- KYC/CDD and UBO management
What do we ask from you
- Familiarity with banking software and knowledge of Treasury and ERP systems (Coupa and Exact is preferred);
- Adept at preparing monthly/quarterly treasury reports, and tracking movement of funds;
- Development of periodic cash flow forecast together with main stakeholders (procurement, aftersales, engineering)
- Experience in an international environment;
- Relevant work experience in similar role: 3-5 years;
- You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
